Balloon owl

Let's call the owls! We make them out of paper, paint them and put them in the nursery. At the same time, we ourselves will receive a lot of pleasure and bring joy to loved ones.

YOU WILL HOPE: newspapers, an old book with yellowed pages, a piece of cardboard, gloves, wallpaper glue, a balloon, a brush, nippers, scissors, hardened wire for making flowers, watercolor paints, pearl markers
STEP 1

Inflate the ball. Spread the newspaper on your desktop as a backing. Tear another newspaper into strips, then into small pieces. Glue the ball in newspaper pieces in several layers with wallpaper glue and a brush.
STEP 2
For the last paper layer, tear the pages of the book into small pieces and glue the ball with them so that the newspaper is not visible. Leave the ball to dry completely.
STEP 3
For paws, use the wire, giving it the appropriate shape. Wrap the resulting workpieces once more tightly with wire. The paws should be stable, to do this, make the claws long and sharp enough.


STEP 4
Ears in the shape of triangles draw on cardboard and cut. Tape the ears with a newspaper.
STEP 5
Tape the tabs with a newspaper, then with book sheets as tightly as possible - so that the wire is not visible.
STEP 6
Attach the ears and paws to the body with glue and pieces of paper. Leave the figurine to dry completely.
STEP 7
At the end, paint the owl with watercolors. Focus on the eyes with pearl markers.
