Dear needlewomen! We invite all, without exception, both experienced and novice craftswomen to take part in the autumn flash mob on BurdaStyle.ru.
The latest flash mob initiated by BurdaStyle.ru users on our forum received a lot of feedback and positive emotions. We decided to support the new flash mob, organized also at the initiative of users of the site, with this announcement.
Theme of the new flash mob:
Autumnal equinox day and related traditions.
Rules for participation
✽ To participate, you must sew any product that fits into your personal fall 2019 or supports the flash mob theme, for example, a thing sewn from a fabric with a mountain ash pattern, embroidery with these berries on the finished product.
✽ September 23, 2019, on Monday at 10.00 Moscow time, publish your work on the site's photo forum.
If the specified time does not suit you for any reason, then you can publish the work sooner or later than "hour X".
✽ When publishing a photo, indicate the name of the post using one of two suggested options:
Option 1: "Autumn equinox. Walk with ... (nickname or name)"
Option 2: "Autumnal equinox. Visiting ... (nickname or name)"
✽ For each post, add a hashtag: # day_of autumn_ equinox_2019; # flashmob_autumn_2019
✽ The first photo should reflect the name of the post or correspond to the stated theme of the flash mob:
Option 1: a photo against the backdrop of mountain ash, it is possible with a bunch of mountain ash in hand, in a mountain ash bead, a collage with mountain ash, etc.
Option 2: a photo with some refreshments for those who will virtually come to visit you. On this day, it is customary to be a hospitable and welcoming hostess.
✽ Even if you can’t take a picture with mountain ash or some traditional treat, we are still waiting for you on September 23 at the site’s photo forum with your autumn works!
The main thing is participation, a positive attitude, friendly communication and, of course, showing new things for yourself and your loved ones.
