This is done like this:
The size of clothes for infants and young children is determined primarily by height.
The measurements in the table can be used as additional guidelines to find the right size for the pattern for the baby. If in doubt, it is better to sew the selected model one size larger.
Tip:

Before cutting, you need to take measurements directly on top of underwear
1 - growth
Measured from the top of the head to the feet.2 - chest girth
Measured over the widest part of the chest.3 - waist
Measured in the middle of the body.4 - hips
Measured by the most prominent points of the buttocks.5 - sleeve length
