How to sew a knit pocket neatly and evenly is an easy way using modern tools.
Due to the elasticity of the knitwear when sewing on a patch pocket, various difficulties can arise: it is important to bend the edges of the pocket evenly, not to stretch and not to pull the material, laying a line. If you use a simple basting or tailor's pins, it’s not always easy to prepare and sew a pocket. Modern water-soluble adhesives, such as Wonder Tape tape, water-soluble textile glue, fabric glue stick, etc., will help. They function as a basting, and subsequently, when washing, the adhesive trace is dissolved by water and removed.
