How to shape a hatYou will need: ready-made cut details for a hat made of felt 3 mm thick (Johanna Daimer), mannequin, comb, tailor pins, hand-sewn needle, iron, thread.
STEP 1 Chip and grind the tucks at both ends of the main part.
STEP 2 Pin the main part to the mannequin's head and give it the desired shape using an iron with a steam generator.
STEP 3 Fit the strip into a loop and sew the strip to the hat by hand. To keep the hat on your head, sew a comb to it from the bottom.

You will need:
Felt 3 mm thick (Johanna Daimer Filze, Muenchen); sewing threads; hair comb; dummy; silk paper.

Description of work:
Fold a sheet of silk paper first along and then across. Transfer the pattern to silk paper, while aligning the dashed lines of the pattern with the folds of the paper, and also transfer the tuck line. Pattern cut out. Transfer the second line of the tuck to the lower half of the pattern. Fold the pattern across in half, transfer the tuck lines to the symmetric half of the pattern. Lay out the pattern in one layer. Cut the part out of felt without allowances, transfer dart lines to it.From a felt cut out a strip 60 cm long and 4.5 cm wide, mow the ends of the strip. You will need:
Felt 3 mm thick (Johanna Daimer Filze, Muenchen); sewing threads; hair comb; dummy; silk paper.
Description of work:
From felt, cut out 1 circle with a diameter of 21 cm. Fold the circle in half. Sew both semicircles at one end with a pair of tight stitches at a distance of 2 cm from the fold and 1 cm from the outer cut. Put the hat on the mannequin's head and shape it with steam.
Transfer the petals to silk paper. From felt, cut out 9 large, 5 medium and 4 small petals (heart-shaped motifs) and make a flower out of them, while the sharp corners of the petals are directed to the core of the flower, the middle petals lie on the large ones, and the small ones on the medium ones. Sew the petals. Additionally, cut 4 oval petals 1 cm long and sew them into the core of the flower. Cut 2 large leaves (leaf-shaped motif) and sew them under the flower. Sew the flower to the hat. Sew the comb to the underside of the cap.

You will need:
Felt 2 mm thick (Johanna Daimer Filze, Muenchen); raglan shaped shoulder pads; 1.50 m wire, 2 mm thick; sewing threads; hair comb; round pliers; nippers; dummy.
Description of work:
From felt, cut 2 parts according to the shape of the raglan shoulder pads with allowances for seams 7 mm wide.Place the parts on top of each other and grind the sections along the contour, leaving the approx. Approx. 5 cm for eversion. Unscrew, place a shoulder pad between the felt parts, sew the open area of ​​the seam manually with small stitches. Pin the hat to the mannequin's head and shape it with steam. Cut out from felt 2 strips of 150 cm long and 4 cm wide and 2 strips of 16 cm long and 4.5 cm wide. Use nippers to form a loop at the ends of the wire. Lay long strips on top of each other and mow the ends. Strain the strips around the perimeter at a distance of 5 mm, having previously laid a wire between the strips. Stitch short stripes. Fold a long strip with a bow of approx. 20 cm, wrap a short strip around the bow along the midline = bow knot. Sew the ends of the bow knot from the bottom of the bow manually, connecting the ends of the knot with an overlap. Put a bow on the hat and sew. Twist the ends of the bow in a spiral. Sew the comb to the underside of the cap.
